Mrs Karen Davies

I have worked for the Newman Catholic Collegiate since 2013 and in my role as Chief Operating Officer I am a member of the senior leadership team, sharing collective responsibility for the strategic direction of the Multi Academy Trust. This includes planning, decision making, management and leadership of the schools and being pro-active in developing and maintaining sound principles of financial and business practice. I lead a business service that under pins the teaching and learning across the schools.

I consider my key strengths to be; business planning, policy writing, project management, people management, the ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking. 

Looking ahead to the future I wish to continue to lead change within the Multi Academy Trust and contribute towards its development and growth.
