Miss Amanda Stanyer

Amanda joined St Margaret Ward in 2003 as a Science Technician, having previously attended the school as a student, as did her son.  She attained her Level 2 Teaching Assistant, doing her placement at St John the Evangelist. 

Her role grew to include working in Reception, Pupil Support, exam invigilating, data entry, trip organising and finances, and also as Finance Assistant to the Bursar.

In 2013 when St Margaret Ward became an Academy, the Finance Assistant role evolved into a full time position, and Amanda moved into the sole position of Finance Assistant to the Bursar.  Amanda moved into her current role as Finance Officer in 2017 when the whole finance function was centralised.

This broad experience of the academy setting enables Amanda to provide the best support possible for the schools in the collegiate.
